BASREC wins the Best Corporate Social Responsibility Practices Award

On the sidelines of the activities of the 17th Annual Human Resources Management Conference, which was opened by Yousef bin Abdul Hussein Khalaf, Minister of Legal Affairs and Acting Minister of Labour, and organized by Roshcom with the participation of an elite group of leaders and experts in the field of human resources management, the Bahrain Ship Repair and Engineering Company (BASREC) won the Best Practices in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Award, in recognition of its distinguished efforts in supporting sustainable development and promoting responsibility. Community in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
This honor comes in recognition of BASREC’s commitment to applying the principles of sustainability and social responsibility through its pioneering initiatives in empowering national competencies, supporting vocational education and training, and preserving the marine environment, in addition to its effective contributions to community and charitable projects that contribute to achieving national goals.
On this occasion, Narges Al-Moussawi, CEO of Human Resources and Corporate Services and Acting CEO of BASREC, expressed her pride in this achievement, saying:
