I might kill someone if I quit smoking

Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni said she “could kill someone” if she quit smoking.
Meloni’s statements came on the sidelines of the peace summit in Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt, on Monday, when Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan urged her to stop smoking.
“You look great, but I have to force you to quit smoking,” Erdogan told Meloni in a side meeting, to laughter from British Prime Minister Keir Starmer and French President Emmanuel Macron.
Macron responded, laughing: “This is impossible.”
“I know, I know, I don’t want to kill anyone,” Melonie replied.
Meloni (48 years old) revealed in a recently published book that she had returned to smoking after quitting for 13 years, according to what the Telegraph newspaper reported.
Erdogan was not the only one who praised Jamal Meloni during the Sharm El-Sheikh summit. US President Donald Trump described her as “beautiful.”
Trump, who chaired the summit with his Egyptian counterpart Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, said in a speech: “I don’t have the right to say that, because your career is usually over if you say that, but she is a beautiful woman.”
In the group photo, which included about 30 leaders who came from different parts of the world, Meloni was the only woman.
The 79-year-old American president continued, looking for Meloni: “I will take the risk,” and added: “Where is she? Does it bother you if I say that you are beautiful? Because that is true.”
Trump added: “She is very respected in Italy. She is a very successful politician.”
Melony, who was standing right behind him, just smiled.
