Abdulaziz bin Humaid launches a service "Distance selling" For"Ajman lands" in "GITEX 2025"

DUBAI, 15 October / WAM / Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, during his visit to the Ajman government platform at the GITEX Global 2025 exhibition, launched the “remote selling” service, which the department introduced as part of its continuous efforts to automate services and adopt smart solutions to develop the work system and speed up the completion of transactions.
Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi stressed that the “remote selling” service represents a qualitative addition that supports the Ajman government’s directions in providing digital and proactive services that keep pace with the goals of Ajman Vision 2030, and enhances the confidence of investors and entrepreneurs by providing an ideal business environment and highly efficient and quality government services.
He added that the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation was committed to immediately implementing the directives of the wise leadership to eliminate bureaucracy and simplify government procedures, through a group of projects and initiatives that contributed to achieving the goals and embodying them on the ground.
He pointed out that Ajman has made remarkable progress in building a diversified competitive economy, and has made important strides in improving the investment climate, improving the quality of life, and providing innovative services with international standards that match the best in the world.
For his part, His Excellency Engineer Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, explained that the “remote selling” service allows customers to complete the transaction in simplified steps through the digital services portal and download the title deed/certificate through the digital ID application and without the need to visit the department.
He added that the department was keen to adopt the latest working methods and succeeded in designing a package of advanced digital services that help simplify the customer’s journey and support the objectives of the government bureaucracy zeroing program according to flexible and effective principles and through partnership and integration between various parties, appreciating the strategic partnership with Ajman Bank and its important role in achieving the desired goals.
