A partnership between the Rental Disputes Center and"Report" To enhance smart legal services
DUBAI, 17th October, 2020 (WAM) – The Rental Disputes Center in Dubai concluded a strategic partnership agreement with Tablighi Legal Reporting Services LLC, during the GITEX Global 2025 exhibition at the Dubai Exhibition Centre, with the aim of developing the electronic services system and achieving technical integration between the two sides in a way that enhances performance efficiency and improves the quality of services provided to customers.
The agreement was signed by Mohammed Hamad Al Mahri, Director of the Central Support Department, and Hamid Obaid Al Mansouri, its Executive Director, from Tabligh Company.
The agreement stipulates an electronic link between the technical systems of both sides, allowing the implementation of the processes of receiving and delivering legal documents and exhibits issued by judicial decisions, with high accuracy and reliability.
His Excellency Abdul Qader Musa Mohammed, Head of the Rental Disputes Settlement Center, confirmed that the partnership embodies the Center’s vision of establishing an advanced judicial work approach that keeps pace with the requirements of digital transformation, and contributes to accelerating procedures and achieving justice efficiently, indicating that the agreement comes within the framework of the Center’s strategy to simplify the customer’s journey and enhance transparency.
For his part, Humaid Al Mansouri explained that cooperation with the center represents a qualitative addition to Tablighi Company’s journey in supporting the digital justice system in Dubai, through innovative solutions that ensure the accuracy and speed of legal notifications, stressing the company’s commitment to strengthening its partnerships with government agencies to establish a smart and sustainable work environment.
