Real Madrid is drowning in a complex financial crisis due to accumulated debts

Media reports stated that Real Madrid is experiencing a stifling financial crisis that could sink the club’s ship, especially after the team’s performance declined locally and in Europe.

The French newspaper Onz Mondial said that the Madrid giant is taking a worrying financial risk, with debts exceeding one billion euros and three loans.

She continued: “Real Madrid, more than ever, is facing pressure to achieve tangible results, especially in light of its crisis financial situation.”

She added: “This season, Real Madrid is on the brink of abyss, on and off the field. With a huge restoration project at the Santiago Bernabéu stadium, estimated to cost between 1.1 and 1.3 billion euros, and funded entirely by three loans, the club finds itself under enormous economic pressure.”

She continued that every match, and every result, becomes a decisive issue, as the slightest stumble or defeat may expose the “Royal” Club to danger, not only athletically but also financially.
