Distributing cash dividends to unitholders of the SEDCO Capital Multi-Asset Fund
The Saudi Economic and Development Securities Company (SEDCO Capital) announced the distribution of cash dividends to unitholders of the SEDCO Capital Multi-Asset ETF.
The company said in a statement on its website "Saudi Arabia trading"The dividend entitlement period is from July 1, 2025 to September 30, 2025.
She added that the total distributed profits are 7.8 million riyals, while the number of existing units on the basis of which cash distributions will be made is 30 million units.
She added that the value of the distributed profit for each unit is 0.260 riyals, while the distribution percentage is from the net asset value. 2.57%.
She indicated that the distribution percentage is from the net asset value as of the date 04-08-1447 corresponding to 09-30-2025.
The eligibility for cash distributions will be for the unit owners, according to the unit owners’ register at the end of the day 05-05-1447 corresponding to 10-27-2025.
She noted the distribution Returns within a maximum period of 90 working days from the date of announcing the distributions, according to the memorandum of terms and conditions.
