Flight EK9788 is operated by Act Airlines on an operational charter basis

Emirates Airlines confirmed that flight EK 9788, which was involved in an accident after landing in Hong Kong on October 20, 2025, was a freighter chartered on a “wet lease” basis and operated by Act Airlines.

The company said that the plane was a Boeing 747-400 and had registration TC-ACF. All crew members are in good condition, and there were no cargo on board.
