Residents left their homes. A 5.3-magnitude earthquake struck northern Pakistan

Hit An earthquake whose magnitude reached 5.3 on the Richter scale in the northern part of Pakistantoday, without immediate reports of casualties or material damage.
The National Center for Earthquake monitoring in Pakistan revealed that the epicenter of the earthquake was at a depth of (234) kilometers in a mountain range "Hindukush" In Afghanistan, its tremor was felt in Pakistan by residents of the northwestern Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province bordering Afghanistan, the capital, Islamabad, and parts of the Punjab and Kashmir regions.
There were no immediate reports of human or material losses, but the earthquake forced residents of the areas it struck to leave their homes in anticipation of an aftershock. Devastated.
