“Emiratisation” launches the “Citizen Work Package” in the “private” sector at the end of 2025

The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation revealed the “Citizen Work Package in the Private Sector”, which will be launched at the end of this year, as part of the “Work Package”, with the aim of supporting citizens and facilitating the procedures for them to join work in the private sector, through a unified digital journey that integrates all services related to employment under one platform.
The Ministry told Emirates Today that the new package is currently in its experimental phase, and will bring about a qualitative shift and a strategic shift in the procedures for employing citizens in the private sector, by merging federal, government and private agencies, and providing integrated smart services that facilitate all procedures related to employment.
In detail, the Acting Assistant Undersecretary for Digital Business Development at the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, Musa Muhammad Al-Raisi, said that the “Citizen Work Package in the Private Sector” comes in line with the government’s approach to eliminating bureaucracy and providing services that focus on improving the customer experience, raising government efficiency and supporting citizens to work in the private sector, within a plan aimed at creating a qualitative shift in providing digital services and reducing the bureaucracy associated with procedures. the job.
He added in special statements to “Emirates Today” that the new package was developed to be a unified channel that allows citizens to apply for private sector jobs without the need to review multiple concerned authorities, saying: “Today, the citizen who wants to work in the private sector, or wants to obtain a work permit, must go through several entities, such as pensions, health insurance, and others, even if the services are digital, but they are not unified, as the new package works to integrate these entities into one channel, so that The application is submitted through a unified path without the need to move between multiple platforms.”
He added: “The package will provide an integrated digital journey that reduces time and effort, as it spares the citizen the need to deal with separate platforms and services, thanks to the digital link between government, local and private agencies, which contributes to facilitating applying for jobs, amending applications, renewing them, or even canceling them through only one platform.”
Al-Raisi pointed out that the citizen will not need to submit documents more than once, as they will be digitally verified automatically, which enhances the efficiency of the service and speed of completion.
He pointed out that the “Citizen Work Package in the Private Sector” is scheduled to be available to citizens by the end of this year, constituting a new step in the comprehensive digital transformation path adopted by the Ministry, which is increasingly relying on artificial intelligence technologies to develop its services and improve operational efficiency.
The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, in cooperation with the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security, the Emirates Health Services Corporation, the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority, and the Abu Dhabi Department of Health, recently launched the support labor services within the “Work Package”, in line with the government’s trend to eliminate bureaucracy and provide services focused on improving the customer experience, raising government efficiency, and enhancing the competitiveness and attractiveness of the Emirates. The new service allows the completion of services for issuing, renewing and canceling residency permits for domestic workers, and medical examination services, through the unified digital platform of the “Work Package”, which is “Work in the Emirates” workinuae.ae.
