The company said in a statement on its website "Saudi Arabia trading"The sale took place at the public auction held in Jeddah, yesterday, Wednesday, with an estimated value of 593.3 million riyals.

It was expected that this would have a positive financial impact on the company’s financial results when the properties are emptied to the buyer and the company’s fees are collected.

The Adeer Real Estate Company reported that the success of this auction comes within the company’s ongoing successes in marketing real estate and lands.
