exhibition "Coffee World – Dubai 2026" Launches January 18th

DUBAI, 23rd October, 2020 (WAM) – DXB Live, the arm providing integrated event organization and management services at the Dubai World Trade Centre, announced that the activities of the fifth edition of the “World of Coffee – Dubai 2026” exhibition will be held during the period from 18 to 20 January at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
Coffee World – Dubai is the most prominent trade event for the coffee industry in the Middle East, and is organized by DXB Live in cooperation with the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA).
The most prominent international brands and experts in the coffee industry, which represents the second largest trade in the world after crude oil, will participate in the exhibition.
Statistics showed that international participation in the new session of the event constitutes about 77% of the total exhibitors, which reflects the global coffee community’s confidence in the event and its growing status at the international level.
The exhibition coincides with the great prosperity witnessed by the coffee market in the Emirates and the region, as its value is estimated at more than 3.2 billion US dollars (about 12 billion dirhams), with an annual growth rate of 8.4%, reaching 4.5 billion dollars (more than 16.5 billion dirhams) by 2029, while the value of the coffee market in the Middle East and North Africa is expected to reach about 11 billion dollars (more than 40 billion dirhams) during the same period. This strengthens Dubai’s position as a regional hub for coffee trade and a global destination for innovation in this sector.

It is not only a platform for commercial exchange and concluding deals, or organizing and hosting local and international competitions, but it goes beyond that to represent a platform for exchanging knowledge, developing skills, and promoting and building partnerships and cooperation between entrepreneurs and experts in the sector.
The 2026 edition is the most diverse and comprehensive to date, bringing together the latest products, designs, elite producers and industry leaders from around the world to exchange experiences, make deals and learn the latest technologies.
The exhibition includes inspiring activities including tasting rooms, a brew bar, a roasting village, and a new producer village, in addition to three championships organized by the Specialty Coffee Association in the Emirates: the “Emirates National Barista Championship,” the “Emirates National Coffee Tasting Championship,” and the “Emirates Coffee Roasting Championship.”
The event includes awards for the best coffee design, a competition for the best new product, in addition to two coffee auctions held over two days, giving participants the opportunity to acquire rare types of the finest coffee beans in the world, in addition to a group of workshops and educational lectures that cover various aspects of the industry and establish a culture of innovation in the world of coffee.
