“Dubai Art Museum” is a new iconic landmark that reflects the city’s cultural spirit

Today, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President of the UAE, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai, may God protect him, witnessed the launch of the Dubai Art Museum. The museum constitutes a new iconic landmark that floats above the waters of Dubai Creek, increasing its brilliance, embodying the civilized spirit of Dubai and reflecting its culture and arts, adding a new dimension to its architectural beauty and cultural diversity.

In a blog post on the “X” platform, His Highness expressed his appreciation to Abdullah Al Futtaim and his son Omar Al Futtaim for developing this distinguished cultural landmark, stressing that it represents a model of the private sector’s social responsibility towards its city and community.

His Highness said: “Cities are complete with culture and art, prosper with the economy, and their sustainability is consolidated when their private sector is responsible, participating, and keeping pace with their public sector… and this is what we see in Dubai.”
