The Competition Authority approves “Smart Incense” to acquire “Thenah Trading”

The Smart Incense Trading Company announced the issuance of a non-reporting certificate from the General Authority for Competition regarding the company’s acquisition of 100% of Thanh Company.

On October 15, the company announced the acquisition of Thanh Trading Company by increasing the company’s capital through issuing shares to the owners of Thanh Trading Company.
