“Human Resources and Emiratisation” calls on private sector companies to accelerate the achievement of Emiratisation goals

The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation called on the private sector companies covered by Emiratisation policies to accelerate the achievement of the 2025 targets before next December 31, in order to avoid financial contributions that will be applied as of January 1, 2026 to companies that have not achieved the Emiratisation percentages required of them.

Saudization targets include companies that have 50 or more workers, as they must achieve a 2% growth in the Saudization of their skilled jobs before the end of this year, which is the same date that will apply to selected and specific establishments from the category of establishments that employ 20-49 workers and operate in targeted economic activities that are witnessing rapid growth and have the ability to provide jobs and an appropriate work environment, as they must appoint nationals. At least one while retaining citizens who work for it before January 1, 2025.

The Ministry praised the private sector’s commitment to Emiratization policies and targets since they were implemented, which reflects the extent of private companies’ compliance and awareness of their national and societal responsibilities and their effective contribution to supporting the national economy and empowering citizens in the labor market.
In a press statement, the Ministry called on companies covered by Emiratisation policies to take advantage of the “Nafis” program platform to communicate with citizens seeking work from various specializations in a way that supports achieving their commitments to Emiratisation goals.

The Ministry pointed out the efficiency of its supervisory system in detecting negative practices such as fictitious localization and attempts to circumvent localization goals, especially in light of strengthening the system with artificial intelligence tools, and thus applying legal measures against violating companies, which include reducing their classification within the establishment classification system followed by the Ministry, and obligating them to correct their conditions.

She called on citizens to report any violations and negative cases that conflict with Emiratisation policies in the country, by contacting the call center at 600590000 or through the smart application and website of the Ministry, which has the highest standards of privacy and responsiveness.

The Ministry confirmed the continuation of providing all means of support to committed companies, through the benefits provided by the Nafes programme, and enhancing the competitive advantages and benefits for companies that achieve exceptional results in Emiratisation, by including them in the membership of the Emiratisation Partners Club, thus benefiting from financial discounts of up to 80% on fees for the services of the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, and giving them priority in the government procurement system, which enhances the opportunities for their business growth, and other benefits. Pioneering advantages in light of the rapid growth that characterizes the labor market in the country in various fields.
