"Abu Dhabi Projects and Infrastructure" Organizes global promotional tours

ABU DHABI, 27 October / WAM / The Abu Dhabi Projects and Infrastructure Center announced the launch of a series of global tours to promote the Abu Dhabi Infrastructure Summit 2025, following the great success achieved by the inaugural edition of the summit held last June.
These tours aim to review the portfolio of infrastructure and urban development projects in Abu Dhabi, which exceeds $54 billion, and to strengthen international partnerships with elite international companies.
The promotional tours will begin in Singapore on October 27, followed by China on October 29, then the Turkish capital, Ankara, on November 17, and conclude in Istanbul on November 19, in a strategic step aimed at advancing urban transformation in Abu Dhabi, enhancing international cooperation, and opening new horizons for accessing global markets.
The promotional tours for the Abu Dhabi Infrastructure Summit 2025 are held in partnership with the Department of Municipalities and Transport, as the government partner, and the Abu Dhabi Investment Office, as the system partner, and bring together an elite group of contractors, consultants, architects, developers, and technology providers to discuss joint investment opportunities, enhance strategic partnerships, and sign memorandums of understanding to consolidate long-term cooperation.
A delegation from the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, headed by His Excellency Eng. Maisarah Mahmoud Salim Eid, Director General of the Abu Dhabi Center for Projects and Infrastructure, is participating in the promotional tours, along with a number of senior government officials, sector leaders, and officials from major real estate development companies in Abu Dhabi, including Lead Development, Aldar Properties, Modon, Bloom, and Gridora.
In this context, His Excellency Muhammad Ali Al-Sharafa, Chairman of the Department of Municipalities and Transport in Abu Dhabi, said that the promotional tours organized by the Abu Dhabi Center for Projects and Infrastructure are a clear translation of the emirate’s commitment to meeting the requirements of the present and anticipating the future by adopting the latest solutions and innovations resulting from cross-border cooperation agreements.
For his part, His Excellency Engineer Maisarah Mahmoud Salim Eid, Director General of the Abu Dhabi Center for Projects and Infrastructure, stressed that global tours not only showcase huge investment projects, but also provide opportunities for constructive partnership in the process of developing sustainable infrastructure and smart cities that create sustainable value for future generations. He pointed out that partnerships with technology pioneers in Singapore, implementation expertise in Turkey, and innovation in building technologies in China, The summit aims to shape the future of urban development globally.
Each roadshow includes a one-day strategic conference, field visits, and bilateral business meetings, giving participants the opportunity to learn about infrastructure projects in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, explore potential cooperation opportunities, and learn about public-private partnership models.
The summit’s promotional tours will take place in Singapore, China and Turkey. It highlights the emirate’s priorities in the field of infrastructure, and will contribute to enhancing dialogue on global best practices and the latest trends in the fields of innovation and smart city planning, thus enhancing Abu Dhabi’s position as a leading destination in building future cities.
The Singapore tour activities will be held in cooperation with Enterprise Singapore, the Building and Construction Authority, the Singapore Institute of Architects, and the UAE-Singapore Business Council, where project developers in Abu Dhabi will have the opportunity to communicate with an elite group of architects, consultants, and technology providers, with the aim of exploring partnership opportunities in the fields of modular construction, smart city planning, and technology. The promotional tours in China will witness meetings during which the Abu Dhabi Projects and Infrastructure Center delegation will meet with senior officials from major contracting and construction companies, and specialists in developing advanced construction technologies, to discuss strategic partnership opportunities in line with Abu Dhabi’s innovation-based infrastructure agenda.
On the other hand, the promotional tours in Turkey, which will be held in cooperation with the Turkish Contractors Union, the Turkish Building Materials Producers Association, the Turkish Consulting Engineers and Architects Association, and the Geoder Foundation, will focus on strengthening communication with major developers and infrastructure stakeholders in Ankara and Istanbul, and will highlight partnership frameworks between the public and private sectors in Abu Dhabi.
