The death toll from the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip rose to 68,527 martyrs
Medical sources in the Gaza Strip announced today, Monday, that the toll of the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Strip since October 7, 2023, has risen to 68,527 martyrs and 170,395 injured.
The Palestinian News Agency, Wafa, explained that the Gaza Strip’s hospitals received, during the past 48 hours, 8 martyrs who were recovered from under the The rubble, and 13 new injuries. She added that a number of victims are still under the rubble and on the roads, where ambulance and civil defense crews are unable to reach them due to the massive destruction and dangerous field conditions.
She indicated that since the ceasefire was announced on October 11, the number of martyrs has reached 93, and injuries have reached 337, while 472 bodies have been recovered, confirming that 72 bodies have been identified so far. Out of 195 of the bodies released by the occupation and handed over to the Palestinian side.
