المملكة: The Minister of Health visits Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Group’s pavilion at the Global Health Forum
His Excellency the Minister of Health, Engineer Fahd bin Abdul Rahman Al-Jalajel, visited the pavilion of Dr. Sulaiman Al-Habib Medical Group, at the Global Health Exhibition, held at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center. "Inspiring" During the period (October 27-30, 2025), which is considered a pioneering platform for innovation in the field of healthcare, investment and impact, as it brings together leaders of the public and private sectors from around the world to lead discussions and joint work on the future of healthcare.
His Excellency was received by Mr. Faisal Al-Nassar, CEO, and Mr. Hisham Al-Habib, CEO of Strategy and Business Development. And a number of the group’s officials.
His Excellency was briefed on the most prominent artificial intelligence technologies used in medical services in the group’s hospitals, and its efforts to develop health care systems. His Excellency was also briefed on the group’s plans to expand its services, to meet the increasing demand for health care. He also learned about the medical group’s facilities that were recently operated, and the group’s efforts to localize jobs. And supporting and encouraging scientific research, and qualifying national cadres through the Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib College of Knowledge, which launched its first university programs at the beginning of the academic year 1447 AH, and represents an extension of the group’s established vital role in supporting the health care sector and improving its services in line with the aspirations of the wise leadership and the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
A. Faisal Al-Nassar praised His Excellency the Minister for this. The visit, stressing that it comes as an extension of the unlimited support of the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to the health sector, and enhances the private sector’s contribution to the development process, adding at the same time that the Ministry of Health provides all facilities and overcomes all difficulties and obstacles, with the aim of enabling the private sector to play its role.
He also stressed that the group, praise be to God, continues its path full of excellence and leadership, which has enabled it to expand its scope. Its presence, to be closer to patients in various regions of the Kingdom, through the launch of a group of hospitals and medical centers. He added that during the recent period, the group operated a number of hospitals and medical centers, which led to the creation of 13,000 additional jobs, and thanks to God, the group today employs more than 25,000 employees and more than 4,000 beds.
This year’s edition of the forum witnesses the participation of more than 160,000 healthcare professionals and more than 2,000 brands, along with more than 500 prominent speakers and sector leaders. Health Decision makers and innovators from different countries of the world, under the auspices of the Ministry of Health, to discuss the latest developments in digital health, artificial intelligence, medical technologies, and innovation in the field of health, in one of the most advanced healthcare environments in the world.
