Deputy Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture, Engineer Mansour Al-Mushaiti, today, Tuesday, inaugurated the national platform for exploring research And Innovationfor Sustainability “Nebras”.

The new platform aims to monitor and analyze research and innovation trends in the environment, water and agricultural sectors, with the aim of supporting strategic decision-making and promoting the adoption of modern technologies with high efficiency and lower costs.

Dr. Al-Raddadi added that these advanced analytical capabilities will provide decision-makers, investors, and innovators with future visions based on reliable data.

He stressed that “Nebras” aims to enable the transformation of knowledge into a tangible national impact, support the formulation of innovation policies, and identify gaps. Research priorities, and enhancing investment in emerging technologies.

The Assistant Undersecretary indicated that access to this data and qualitative analyzes will be available through three main channels: an interactive digital platform, specialized periodic reports, and knowledge workshops. “Nebras” will be an effective tool for leaders, entrepreneurs, researchers and scientists to enhance their efforts towards achieving national goals.
