المملكة: The Minister of Justice directs the launch of the second version of the “Taradh” platform
The second version of the “Taradi” platform aims to implement a package of Developmental improvements contribute to applying the highest quality standards in reconciliation services and procedures, by enhancing transparency and reliability in a secure digital environment, which is reflected in raising the efficiency of service delivery and improving Beneficiary experience, and increasing levels of satisfaction. Through the “Taradhī” platform, the parties to the lawsuit and the conciliators who are employees of the Ministry or accredited conciliators are enabled to hold conciliation sessions in person or remotely, through fully automated procedures that begin with submitting the request and ending with the issuance of the conciliation document. The conciliation documents issued by the platform are considered executive documents that can be executed via Enforcement judiciary, which makes it a reliable and effective tool for resolving disputes without the need for litigation.
