Laila Ahmed Zaher about her new series: A youthful experience full of details

Actress Laila Ahmed Zaher expressed her great happiness with her participation in the Ould Bent Shayeb series, in exclusive statements to Youm7, stressing that the experience is different and full of details that attracted her since reading the script.

Laila stated, “The idea of ​​the Ould Bint Shayeb series is youthful, different, and delicious, and unlike anything I have done before, and I always like to choose roles that are different from my previous works.”
Laila revealed the details of her character in the Ould Bent Shayeb series, where she stated: “In the footsteps of Nada’s character, she is a very smart girl who has a clear goal that she wants to achieve throughout the series, and she has a plan that she follows, literally with plans A, B, C, and D, and every need is arranged in her brain quietly and steadily.”

Lily pointed out, emphasizing: “The character is completely different from me. She lived in very different circumstances, and behaves in a way that I cannot behave in, but I always like to do this. Any character different from me will release me from the Comfort Zone.”

Laila also talked about the extent to which she was influenced by the characters she presents, saying: “For hours the character sticks with me for a while, but this time I was more in control of myself than I used to be, especially after the breeze of charisma, because this character was very deep inside me.”

Regarding cooperation with the great star Ashraf Abdel Baqi, she stated: “I was very excited about Professor Ashraf,” as Laila spoke enthusiastically about her first participation with him, and described the experience as a “special opportunity” for her.

Laila added, “I love Professor Ashraf very much on the personal level before the artistic level, and I was very excited to work with him. He is a very respectable and kind person, and one of the kindest personalities I have known.”

Laila praised director Zeina Ashraf Abdel Baqi, the director of the Ould Bent Shayeb series, saying: “Zeina has a very different mind and has a vision that attracted me from the first time we worked together.
