His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, First Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, approved the promotion of an elite group of judges and members of the Public Prosecution. His Highness also approved the new organizational structure of the Dubai Judicial Institute and the launch of a forum for best judicial practices.

His Highness said through his official account on the “X” website: “Today we approved the promotion of an elite group of judges and members of the Public Prosecution, and we approved the new organizational structure of the Dubai Judicial Institute and the launch of a forum for best judicial practices.”

His Highness continued, saying: “Supporting distinguished judicial competencies, promoting innovation, and employing advanced technologies are our top priorities, to establish a pioneering and advanced judiciary that keeps pace with Dubai’s development process and enhances its global competitiveness.”

His Highness added: “Under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, we are working to make the judicial system in Dubai an inspiring global reference in establishing the balance of justice and establishing the rule of law, because justice is the spirit of Dubai and the essence of its leadership.”
