Dhiyab bin Tahnoun: Science Day embodies the meanings of unity and national cohesion
Al Ain, 3 November / WAM / Sheikh Theyab bin Tahnoun bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Al Ain University, on the occasion of Flag Day, extended his warmest congratulations and blessings to His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, “may God protect him”, and to his brothers, Their Highnesses the Rulers of the Emirates, and the people of the Emirates.
Sheikh Dhiab bin Tahnoun stressed that Flag Day embodies the meanings of unity, belonging, and loyalty to the nation and its wise leadership, and expresses the national cohesion that brings together the people of the Emirates under one banner that symbolizes glory, pride, and sovereignty.
He added that raising the flag on this day is a renewal of the pledge and loyalty to the path of the Union, and a consolidation of the values established by the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, “may God have mercy on him,” and followed suit by the leaders of the Emirates who made the advancement of the nation and human dignity a priority and goal.
He said: “We at Al Ain University are proud to participate in this precious national occasion that reflects the spirit of union and the path of giving, affirming our commitment to raising a conscious generation that will continue the path of construction and excellence under the wise leadership.”
