His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence, Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai, accompanied by Her Highness Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairwoman of the Dubai Culture and Arts Authority, witnessed the launch of the second volunteer opportunity, “Art Session with People of Determination”, within the “7 Volunteer Opportunities in 7 Emirates” initiative, one of the initiatives of the volunteer and community participation system, in celebration of Flag Day, and the session was held. In Al Mamzar Park in Dubai. More than 200 creative people of determination in the fields of fine and formal arts participate in the initiative, along with more than 400 volunteers.
