Abu Dhabi, 3 November / WAM / His Excellency Ali Saeed Al Neyadi, Chairman of the National Emergency, Crisis and Disaster Management Authority, said that Flag Day embodies a national occasion that expresses pride and belonging, in which we remember with pride the path of a solid union laid down by the founding fathers, under the leadership of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, may God rest his soul, so that the UAE flag becomes a symbol of pride and unity, and a source of inspiration for everyone who lives on this earth. Kindness.
His Excellency added that raising the UAE flag on the third of November every year is an expression of deep affiliation and sincere loyalty to our wise leadership, and a recall of the solid values established by the founding leader in building humanity, preserving dignity, and strengthening the union.
He continued, “On this dear day, we renew our pledge that the emergency and crisis system will remain a national model that reflects the leadership’s vision of building a safe and resilient state, working with unrelenting determination to protect the nation’s gains, ensure its security, stability, and sustain its readiness. The flag that we raise today is the same one that we carry in our hearts during every effort made to strengthen the proactive national action system, consolidate human security, and sustain development.”
He said: “Flag Day is a day of pride, loyalty, and belonging, a day in which feelings are united among citizens and residents alike, in a scene that embodies the spirit of union, and highlights the cohesion of Emirati society in all its aspects behind its wise leadership, adhering to the values of tolerance, work, and giving that distinguished the UAE and made it a beacon of hope and peace.”
He concluded by saying: “On this precious occasion, we extend our highest congratulations and blessings to our wise leadership, and we renew our pledge that the UAE flag will continue to flutter with pride and glory, and a symbol of peace, dignity and union. Happy new year to our country, and every year the UAE flag flies tall in the sky of glory and achievement.”
