"A.I.Q" Developing 200 use cases for AI in the energy sector

Abu Dhabi, 4 November / WAM / AIQ continues to expand its work in the field of artificial intelligence solutions specialized in the energy sector, by implementing new projects inside and outside the country.
Dennis Juul, CEO of AIQ, said in a statement to the Emirates News Agency, WAM, on the sidelines of the ADIPEC 2025 exhibition, that since its founding five years ago, the company has developed more than 200 use cases for artificial intelligence in the energy sector, resulting in 14 major products directed at improving operational efficiency, increasing productivity, and enhancing sustainability at various stages of energy operations.
He explained that AIQ is currently implementing pilot programs in six countries around the world, as part of its plans for international expansion and transferring technology developed in the UAE to new markets.
In this context, he pointed to the signing of a partnership with SKK Migas, the regulatory body for the energy sector in Indonesia, which aims to apply artificial intelligence techniques in data analysis, support oil field development plans, and raise production efficiency.
He added that the company is also implementing, in cooperation with ADNOC, the first project of its kind in the world for proxy artificial intelligence in the energy sector, which has enabled the analysis and processing of more than 13 thousand cubic kilometers of seismic data, explaining that the project depends on processing and analyzing huge amounts of seismic data and accelerating geological assessment processes, which reduces the necessary time periods from months and years to minutes and hours.
He stressed that AIQ will continue to develop its technical solutions to support the digital transformation in the energy sector globally, and strengthen the UAE’s position as a leading center for artificial intelligence applications in this vital field.
