ADIPEC is an ideal platform for energy sector deals

Officials of foreign companies working in the oil, gas and technology sector said that the Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition (ADIPEC) is the ideal platform for concluding deals and agreements, as well as marketing products and services, concluding new partnerships, and expanding business.

They explained to “Emirates Today” that some of them have been participating in the exhibition for years as an exhibitor, and some of them were visitors two years ago, and are currently among the exhibitors, because they found great opportunities for companies, especially small and medium-sized ones operating in the oil services sector, technologies, artificial intelligence, and others.

They confirmed that they had reserved spaces for next year’s edition of ADIPEC, demanding more transportation facilities, given the high demand, crowding, and high demand for hotel rooms.

In detail, Yin Liu, Sales Director at Solidstone Orient Technology, said: “We came from Sichuan Province in China for the first time to attend the ADIPEC exhibition as visitors two years ago, and we decided to participate as exhibitors in this session, after we confirmed that the exhibition is the ideal platform for displaying companies’ products and concluding deals.”

He added, “The company specializes in modern technologies related to the energy sector in general, in addition to related industrial products. What distinguishes ADIPEC is the presence of a large number of visitors and exhibitors from all over the world. We have met people from Russia, Europe, the Middle East, and America, which constitutes a good opportunity to get to know each other, build partnerships, seize opportunities, and learn about new technologies and work methods using artificial intelligence applications.”

Liu continued: “We will be keen to be present at next year’s session, and at the organizational level there are many facilities and services, but we aspire to find greater fluidity in terms of congestion, and to provide more means of transportation due to the large demand for the exhibition.”

For his part, an official at Staton Middle East, Rennie John, said: “The headquarters of our company is in Switzerland, and we have a regional headquarters in Dubai. We are participating in (ADIPEC) for the second time, and we view it as an ideal platform for concluding deals and expanding business, given the large number of investors and all types of companies.”

He added: “Every session of ADIPEC brings new clients from all over the world, so large, medium and small companies are keen to attend, showcase their latest offerings and book for next year.”

For her part, Assistant Director at the Indian Sheridan Company, Indomathi Rhoda Murthy, said: “We work in the field of oil services, smart solutions and applications, and we have various products. We are keen to be present at ADIPEC to meet customers from all over the world, and we consider the exhibition an opportunity for contracts and deals.”

She added: “We participate periodically in the exhibition, and we realize its importance to the oil and gas industry, as it is one of the most important and largest exhibitions in the world,” noting that oil and gas services are strongly moving towards applications of artificial intelligence at all stages, and this is what companies are currently competing in, and it is expected to achieve a major breakthrough in the coming years.
