December 1 is the last date to pay the second installment of resident student fees “electronically”

The administrations of a number of schools have directed parents of resident students to pay the second installment of tuition fees for the current academic year 2025-2026, which amounts to 2,000 dirhams, no later than Monday, December 1, 2025, through the official electronic link designated for payment by the Ministry of Education.
One way
The administrations confirmed that the only approved method for paying fees is through electronic payment, noting that the payment feature has been activated using the student number, especially for the category of students who do not hold identification papers, to facilitate procedures and ensure the speedy completion of the process.
Full responsibility
The departments clarified in a circular, seen by Emirates Today, that bank transfers or direct deposits will not be accepted, stressing that the guardian bears full responsibility if the official link for payment is not used, as well as the responsibility of recovering any amounts paid via bank deposit, as these operations will not be approved in the school’s financial records.
Remaining fees
She added that parents are free to pay the remaining tuition fees in full if they wish to lift the ban on the student’s file, noting that the total amount paid after paying the second installment will become 4,000 dirhams out of 6,000 dirhams, which is the total approved tuition fees for the 2025-2026 academic year.
Regulatory policy
The departments confirmed that these measures come within a unified regulatory policy aimed at ensuring transparency and ease of financial transactions, and providing safe and fast electronic services to parents, which contributes to the stability and continuity of the educational process without delay or financial obstacles.
