Dubai ranks among the world’s most attractive cities for the wealthy

Dubai topped the cities most attractive to the wealthy in the world, ahead of New York City, and 30 cities, according to the report on the cities most attractive to the wealthy issued by the international real estate brokerage company “Savills”, and reported by “Bloomberg”.
The report said that Dubai attracts wealthy people looking for attractive tax benefits and exemptions, a strong infrastructure for families and high levels of security.

The report, which the company addressed to its clients, added that Dubai has the largest number of international schools compared to any other destination, with a significant difference from competing cities.

The report explained that the cities of Dubai and New York topped Savills’ ranking of the most attractive cities, thanks to tax benefits, geopolitical stability, and an environment supportive of projects.

The report pointed out that the “golden residency” in the country and its conditions for investors played a pivotal role in attracting the world’s wealthy elite.

According to the ranking, Dubai topped the rankings, then New York ranked second, Singapore ranked third, Hong Kong ranked fourth, and Abu Dhabi ranked fifth.
