Al-Desouki explained that "Cactus" It has a business incubator and accelerator concerned with accelerating the growth of entrepreneurial projects, and gives entrepreneurs access to more than (100) specialized research laboratories, in addition to providing an environment that allows the exchange of experiences and data between innovators in the government and private sectors.

Developing innovative models

He indicated that one of the most prominent of these initiatives is "“The Garage”, which operates under the umbrella of CAXT, allows entrepreneurs, government agencies and the private sector to cooperate in developing innovative models and testing them in practice, with the support of experts and scientists, which contributes to facilitating the innovation journey and making it more flexible and effective.

He added, "Cactus" It works with all its capabilities to support Saudi and international talents, through specific programs concerned with entrepreneurship and technical and scientific fields, explaining that the support extends to the early stages of education, where it participates. Al-Desouki explained, "Cactus" It adopts innovative solutions derived from modern technologies to address challenges in vital sectors, reviewing a successful experience in the agricultural sector in which satellites and artificial intelligence were used to reduce water consumption, in addition to other qualitative projects such as extracting water from the air in the Kingdom’s desert, which is an applied scientific achievement. Using artificial intelligence techniques, researchers were able to develop these technologies in just about two weeks for other applications in the field of energy, which reflects the ability of researchers to transform ideas into realistic practical solutions in record time.
