Calculating the volatility of “Sadq” stock based on the price of 18.28 riyals

The Extraordinary General Assembly of the Saudi Industrial Development Company approved the meeting "sincerity" Last Thursday, the company’s capital was increased by offering rights shares.

Accordingly, the company’s stock fluctuation rate will be calculated for Sunday 05/18/1447 AH corresponding to 11/09/2025 AD based on the price of 18.28 riyals, and the cancellation of existing orders.

Note that priority rights of the Saudi Industrial Development Company will be deposited in the shareholders’ wallets on Tuesday, 05/20/1447 AH corresponding to 11/11/2025 AD.
