The sentence of death was executed as a discretionary punishment against two citizens for committing terrorist crimes, which included targeting places of worship, security headquarters, and security personnel, possessing weapons, manufacturing explosives, covering up a number of terrorist elements, and joining an external terrorist organization aimed at harming the security and safety of the Kingdom..

The text of the ruling came as follows:

God Almighty said (And do not spread corruption in the land after it has been set in order), and God Almighty said (And do not pursue corruption in the earth. Indeed, God does not like corruptors), and God Almighty said (And God does not like corruption). And God Almighty said (Indeed, the punishment of those who wage war against God and His Messenger and strive through the earth to cause corruption is only that they be killed, or be crucified, or have their hands and feet cut off on opposite sides, or be cleansed from the earth. That is a sorrow for them in this world, and a great punishment for them in the Hereafter"LTR">.

Fahd bin Ali bin Abdulaziz Al-Washail and Abdul-Rahman bin Ibrahim bin Muhammad Al-Mansour – Saudi nationals – committed terrorist crimes, including targeting places of worship, security headquarters, security personnel, possessing weapons, manufacturing explosives, covering up a number of terrorist elements, and joining an external terrorist organization aimed at harming the security and safety of the Kingdom. .

By the grace of God, the security authorities were able to arrest the two mentioned persons, and the investigation with them resulted in them being charged with committing these crimes, and by referring them to the competent court, a ruling was issued against them confirming what was attributed to them and killing them in discretionary punishment. The ruling became final after it was appealed and then upheld by the Supreme Court, and a royal order was issued to enforce what was decided by law, and the punishment killing sentence was implemented against both Fahd bin Ali bin Abdulaziz Al-Washail and / Abdul Rahman bin Ibrahim bin Muhammad Al-Mansour – Saudi nationality – on Sunday 05/18/1447 AH corresponding to 11/09/2025 AD in the Qassim region.

And the Ministry of the Interior announces this to confirm to everyone the keenness of the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to establish security, achieve justice, and implement the provisions of Islamic Sharia with regard to everyone who assaults those who are safe, and violates their right to life and security, and at the same time warns everyone who tempts himself to do such a thing that legitimate punishment will be his fate.
