Al Kathiri Holding Company turned to a loss in the third quarter of 2025 of 454 thousand riyals, compared to profits of 1.56 million riyals in the same quarter of last year.
According to the company’s statement on the website "Saudi Arabia trading"The reason the company incurred a net loss during the current quarter compared to achieving a net profit in the same quarter of the previous year is due to the increase in revenue costs, and the results were also affected by the increase in operating, general and selling expenses.
The company incurred losses during the current quarter amounting to 454 thousand riyals, but these losses are less compared to the losses of the previous quarter, which amounted to 2.57 million riyals.
This improvement in results is mainly due to the increase in profit margin as a result of Increased revenues during the current quarter, in addition to improving control over operational and administrative expenses and selling and distribution expenses, which contributed to reducing the size of losses.
The company incurred a net loss during the current period (9 months), amounting to 8.1 million riyals, compared to achieving a net profit of 2.0 million riyals during the similar period of the previous year, a decrease of 10.4 million riyals and a decline rate of 511%.
This decline is mainly due to the increase in the cost of revenues at a rate exceeding the growth in revenues, in addition to There was an increase in operating and administrative expenses and selling and distribution expenses as a result of the expansion of activity, in addition to a slight increase in financing expenses, which led to the erosion of the profit margin and the results turned from a profit to a loss during the current period.
