المملكة: Urgent: Extending the deadline for correcting the conditions of support workers "household" Absentee

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development announced an extension of the deadline "Correcting the situation of absent support workers"starting today, and extending for 6 months; It aims to give support workers and employers an extension of time to correct the status of absent support workers through automated procedures on the Musaned platform, so that the new employer will be able to correct the status of absent support workers by entering the Musaned platform and completing the procedures automatically. Which contributes to improving the work environment and ensuring the rights of all parties.

The Ministry explained that the initiative comes within the framework of the Ministry’s continuous endeavor to develop the support labor sector in the Kingdom, and a reference to the initiative to improve the contractual relationship, and within its efforts to regulate the labor market, as the initiative allows support workers against whom reports of absence have previously been registered or whose residency has expired and who are still inside the Kingdom irregularly to correct their situation by transferring their services to other employers after completing the regulatory procedures.
