Trump: We have made great progress with Venezuela to stop the flow of drugs

US President Donald Trump hinted that he had made a decision about what he would do regarding Venezuela, after the United States and Washington strengthened its military deployment in Latin America as part of a campaign that it says is aimed at combating drug trafficking, but raises fears of a large-scale conflict.

Trump said to reporters while traveling to his resort in Florida on Friday. "I kind of made up my mind".

He added "I can’t tell you what it is, but we’ve made a lot of progress with Venezuelawith regard to stopping the flow of drugs".

Strikes in the Caribbean

For weeks, the Trump administration began launching strikes in the Caribbean Sea and the Pacific Ocean targeting boats that it says are smuggling drugs.
