The Board of Directors of Al Minem Food Company decided to accept the resignation of Eng. Thamer bin Abdulaziz Abanmi from the position of CEO, with his last working day being December 31, 2025 AD, with his continued membership in the Board of Directors.

According to the company’s statement on the website "Saudi Arabia trading"The Board of Directors decided – based on the recommendation of the Remuneration and Nominations Committee – to approve the appointment of Ali Hassan Al-Zein as CEO of Al-Minem Food Company, effective January 1, 2026.

The Board decided yesterday to appoint Eng. Thamer Abdulaziz Abanmi, Managing Director of the company, effective 1-1-2026.
