Ahmed bin Saeed and Sultan Al Jaber are on Forbes’ list of the most powerful CEOs in the Middle East

The UAE topped Forbes Middle East magazine’s list of the most powerful CEOs in the Middle East with 32 CEOs, led by Dr. Sultan Al Jaber, Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology, Managing Director and CEO of ADNOC Group, and His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, President of the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, Chairman of Dubai Airports, and Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of Emirates Airlines and Emirates Group.
Forbes Middle East said that its list of the most powerful CEOs for the year 2025 includes leaders whose influence goes beyond profits and financial indicators, to become an engine for redrawing the map of economic influence in the region. These leaders lead the process of diversifying economies and consolidating the region’s position on the global stage.
Forbes explained that its team relied on several criteria to prepare the list, the most important of which is the CEO’s influence on the region, the country in which he works, and the markets he supervises, in addition to his experience in his current position and his general experience.
The company’s size was also evaluated in terms of revenues, assets, and market value, in addition to its achievements and performance over the past year, as well as the innovations and initiatives that it led and achieved.
