The main Saudi stock market index, the TASI, ended trading today, Tuesday, with an increase of 0.4% at 11,098 points, with trades amounting to 4.3 billion riyals.
According to the website "Saudi Arabia trading"The number of shares traded amounted to about 215.9 million shares, with a market value of 9.4 trillion riyals.
Shares of 132 companies decreased
Shares of 132 companies decreased at the end of today’s trading, while 120 rose, out of 262 companies listed in the parallel market.
The shares of the companies, Retal, Tubi, Al-Hamadin, Senomi Retail, and Jahez, were the highest risers, while the shares of, Tihama, Acij, Seiko, Enaya, and Walaa were the lowest.
Parallel Market
The parallel market index, Nomu, closed today, up 0.1% at 23,934 points, with trades amounting to 19.4 million riyals.
The amount of shares traded amounted to about 5.3 million shares, while the market value amounted to about 43.3 billion riyals.
