December 1 and 2, 2025, Union Day holiday

The Dubai Government Human Resources Department issued a circular regarding the 54th Union Day holiday stating that work in Dubai government agencies, departments and institutions will be suspended on Monday and Tuesday, corresponding to December 1 and 2, 2025, with work resuming on Wednesday, December 3, 2025.
The circular excluded agencies, departments, and institutions whose employees work in shifts, and those directly related to serving the public and managing public service facilities, as the circular granted those entities the authority to set work hours for these categories in a way that is consistent with their operational requirements, and in a way that ensures the continuity of work and the regular and efficient operation of services during vacation days.
On this occasion, the department extended its highest congratulations and blessings to His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, and his brother His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, may God protect him, and to their brothers, Their Highnesses Members of the Supreme Council of the Federation, Rulers of the Emirates, and the people of the Emirates and residents of its land, asking God Almighty for continued progress, elevation and prosperity.
