Ras Al Khor Reserve

Dubai Municipality supervises the reserve, which includes three areas where visitors can watch birds for free, from the observation platforms in the reserve, which are open from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm in the winter, and from 6 am to 6 pm between the months of April and September. Flamingos usually appear between 10 am and 4 pm, and one hour is enough to learn about the diversity of flora and fauna in the reserve.
Turtle Lake
The Dubai Turtle Rehabilitation Project has succeeded in rehabilitating more than 2,100 sick and injured turtles and returning them to their natural habitat in the waters of the Arabian Gulf since its launch in 2004, with satellite tracking equipment installed on some of these turtles to learn more about these endangered creatures.
