National Data Governance Platform
This comes within the framework of its efforts to build a unified national registry to follow up on the entities’ compliance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection System and its implementing regulations.
The National Data Governance Platform is one of the national channels for providing services related to the protection of personal data by helping entities and individuals adhere to the provisions of the Personal Data Protection System and its implementing regulations and the relevant documents issued by SDAIA.
Including: "Commitment self-assessment tool"And service "Personal data leak notification"And service "Privacy impact assessment" And reception service "Complaints" Arising from the processing of personal data.
Personal Data Protection System
The Ministry of Education had previously implemented a number of awareness workshops for its affiliated private entities on how to register in the national data governance platform in cooperation with the Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority.
This is within the framework of the Ministry of Education’s commitment to implement the personal data protection system, circulate it to its affiliated entities, and follow up on compliance with it; In accordance with the relevant statutory provisions.
