The UAE Pavilion attracts wide attention on the first day of the exhibition "Eurosatory 2026" In Paris

Paris, June 15 / WAM / On the opening day of the Eurosatory 2026 exhibition in Paris, the UAE National Pavilion witnessed a remarkable turnout of international delegations, sector leaders and representatives of major international companies specialized in the fields of defense and security.
Since its launch in 1967, Eurosatori, the world’s leading international exhibition in the defense and security sectors, has established itself as the world’s most prominent event for the defense and security sectors, bringing together the most prominent actors within the international defense and security system. The exhibition attracts thousands of international companies and decision makers from around the world, and continues until June 19 at the Villepinte Exhibition Center in the French capital, Paris.
The UAE’s participation in the exhibition comes with the support of the Ministry of Defense and the Tawazun Council for Defense Empowerment, and organized by the ADNEC Group, one of the Modon companies, which reflects the country’s commitment to strengthening international cooperation in the defense and security sectors, and consolidating strategic industrial partnerships at the global level.
On the opening day of the exhibition, the Emirati delegation received a number of dignitaries and prominent visitors, including His Excellency Abdel Latif Loudi, Minister Delegate to the Prime Minister in charge of the National Defense Administration in the Kingdom of Morocco. On its first day, the UAE National Pavilion also witnessed the visit of a number of senior military leaders and international delegations specialized in the defense and security sectors, in addition to high-level delegations from several countries, which confirms the importance of the exhibition as a global platform for dialogue and enhancing international cooperation in the defense sector.
Many officials expressed great interest in learning about the latest systems and solutions offered by leading Emirati companies in the defense and security sectors, including EDGE Group, Resource Industries, and Emirates Cables and Interconnection Company (ECCI). The EDGE Group received wide attention from international delegations and officials thanks to its integrated system of defense and security solutions covering the fields of air, land, sea, space and cybersecurity, as many visitors expressed a clear desire to explore its latest advanced systems and capabilities.
During the first day, the pavilion received 3,120 visitors, and also witnessed a series of fruitful meetings and events, where 118 meetings and gatherings were held with international bodies and partners, to discuss future cooperation opportunities and strengthen relations between UAE national institutions and international bodies working in the defense and security sector.
Capital Events, the specialized event management arm of the ADNEC Group, also held a number of meetings to promote the next session of the IDEX and NAVDEX exhibitions scheduled to be held in 2027, and the accompanying International Defense Conference, in addition to the Unmanned Systems Exhibition (UMEX) and the Simulation and Training Exhibition (SIMTEX) scheduled to be organized in 2028, with the aim of attracting new markets and expanding the base of international participants.
The next edition of IDEX and NAVDEX is expected to be the largest in the history of the two events, and to be among the largest global events specialized in the defense and security sectors, as a large number of Eurosatori visitors and exhibitors have expressed their interest in participating in the two events.
