The CEO of Silah Gulf Company was honored with the Best CEO Award for the year 2025

The Bahrain Society for Human Resources Management organized the 2025 Excellence Awards Ceremony, in the presence of His Excellency Mr. Ali bin Saleh Al Saleh, Chairman of the Shura Council, and a number of executive leaders and representatives of the public and private sectors, in addition to an elite group of specialists in human resources management and leadership development.

During the ceremony, Mr. Firas Jaafar Ahmed, CEO of Silah Gulf Company, was honored with the Best CEO Award for the year 2025, in recognition of his efforts in consolidating the corporate work culture, developing national competencies, and enhancing professional work environments in line with regional aspirations in the customer experience sector.

He succeeded in strengthening the company’s position by developing specialized training and qualification programs, improving work environments, and providing career growth opportunities for Bahraini talent, which contributed to raising its readiness and enhancing its ability to compete at the regional level.

In his speech on this occasion, the CEO expressed his pride in this achievement, saying: “This honor reflects the efforts of the Silah Gulf team, and confirms our commitment to innovation, developing national competencies, and enhancing the Kingdom’s role in leading the customer experience sector at the region level.”

A number of government leaders and representatives of private institutions, along with experts in human resources development and institutional leadership, also participated in the ceremony.
