المملكة: On behalf of the Crown Prince, the Minister of Foreign Affairs arrives in Johannesburg to head the Kingdom’s delegation to the G20 summit


On behalf of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister – may God protect him -, His Highness Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, Minister of Foreign Affairs, arrived today in the city of Johannesburg in the Republic of South Africa, to head the Kingdom’s delegation participating in the Summit of Leaders of the Group of Twenty (G20) countries.

The Kingdom’s delegation includes His Excellency the Minister of Finance, Mr. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Jadaan, and His Excellency the Saudi Deputy Minister of Finance, Mr. Sherpa. Abdul Mohsen bin Saad Al-Khalaf.

Global Economic and Development Challenges

The summit will discuss the most prominent global economic and development challenges, and the importance of consolidating dialogue and cooperation among the countries of the group to confront global issues such as geopolitical crises.

It will also discuss economic development, debt forgiveness, climate change, and the necessity of strengthening international cooperation to reach comprehensive and sustainable solutions.
