“Senomi Centers” announces the start of the offering of international sukuks denominated in dollars
Arabian Centers Company (Synomy Centers) announced the start of issuing Sharia-compliant Sukuks in US dollars from Arab Centers Sukuk IV Limited.
The company said in a statement on its website: "Saudi Arabia trading"The value of the offering is determined based on market conditions.
She added that the offering begins today, November 24, 2025, and ends tomorrow, Tuesday.
She indicated that the target group of the issuance includes: institutional investors (qualified in the countries where the offering will take place, in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in those countries).
The company appointed: Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, Citigroup, and Emirates NBD Capital. Goldman Sachs International and Mashreq Bank PJSC (through its Islamic Banking division) were appointed as global coordinators and joint bookrunners.
It also appointed Arqaam Capital, Dubai Islamic Bank, First Abu Dhabi Bank, JP Morgan Securities, National Bank of Ras Al Khaimah and Sharjah Islamic Bank as joint lead managers and bookrunners in relation to the transaction.
It stated that the minimum subscription is: 200 thousand dollars and multiples of no more than $1,000 each.
The price and return of the offering are determined according to market conditions, while the maturity period of the instrument is 5 years according to market conditions.
It is possible for the instruments to be redeemed before the liquidation date in certain cases, as detailed in the prospectus dated on or about November 18, 2025 for the instruments.
