The board of directors of the company decided "Mayar Holding" At its meeting held yesterday, Monday, Thamer bin Rais was appointed to the Board of Directors, and Turki Bin Rais, as deputy for the new session of the Board, which began on November 21, 2025, for a period of 4 years ending on November 20, 2029.
According to a statement on "Saudi Arabia trading"The composition of the members of the Executive Committee was as follows: Thamer bin Rais as Chairman of the Executive and Investment Committee, Abdul Majeed Al Sheikh as Deputy, and Turki Bin Rais and Muhammad Al-Mahous as members.
At the same meeting, the Council decided to form the Audit Committee headed by Raed bin Al-Jalajel, and the membership of Ahmed Al-Furaih and Abdul Rahman Al-Amro.
The Nominations and Remuneration Committee is composed of: Ahmed Al-Furaih (Chairman) and Muhammad Bin Rais. (Member), and Mohammed Al Sheikh (Member).
The meeting also witnessed the appointment of the Secretary and the appointment of the company’s representatives to the Capital Market Authority and to the Saudi Tadawul for all purposes related to the application of the Capital Market Law and its executive regulations.
