Pyramids rises to second place in the league after defeating the Arab Contractors

The Pyramids team defeated its Arab Contractors counterpart with a score of 2-0, in the match that brought them together in the 14th round of the Egyptian Premier League championship.

Ibrahim Toure opened the scoring for Pyramids early in the 9th minute, before Marwan Hamdy added the second goal from a penalty kick in the 82nd minute, confirming his team’s superiority and clinching the match points.

 

With this victory, Pyramids raised its score. It reached 23 points to rise to second place in the league table, while the Arab Contractors’ balance stopped at 10 points in eighteenth place.
