المملكة: More than 66 million visitors to the Two Holy Mosques during the month of Jumada al-Awwal 1447 AH
The number of worshipers in the Grand Mosque reached (25,987,679) worshipers, including (100,489) worshipers in the Ismail Stone (Al-Hatim), and the number of Umrah pilgrims reached (13,972,780) pilgrims.
It indicated that the number of worshipers in the Prophet’s Mosque in the same month reached (23,296,185) worshipers, including (912,695) worshipers in the Noble Rawdah, and the number of people who greeted the Prophet – may God bless him and grant him peace – and his two companions – may God be pleased with them – reached (2,363,325) visitors.
It is noteworthy that the General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque uses advanced technology, based on reader sensors, to monitor the numbers of worshipers and Umrah performers from Those visiting the ancient House on the floor of the main entrances to the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque, in a step aimed at raising operational efficiency by monitoring flows and crowds and empowering the entities responsible for their management; This is within the partnership with relevant authorities.
