Abdullah bin Zayed discusses with the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Caribbean Affairs of Trinidad and Tobago bilateral relations

His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, received today in Abu Dhabi, Sean Sobers, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Caribbean Affairs of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.

His Highness welcomed Minister Sean Sobers, and during the meeting, they discussed bilateral relations and ways to enhance cooperation prospects in various sectors.

His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan praised the strong relations between the UAE and the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, stressing the keenness of the two friendly countries to work together for their development and to enhance paths of bilateral cooperation in all sectors in a way that supports their endeavors to achieve comprehensive development and sustainable economic prosperity.

His Highness and the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Caribbean Affairs of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago also discussed the current regional and international developments and exchanged views on them.

The meeting was attended by Noura bint Mohammed Al Kaabi, Minister of State, and Omar Shehadeh, the Foreign Minister’s envoy to the Caribbean and Pacific Islands.
