6 people were arrested for publishing clips related to the effects of Iranian aggression and glorifying its hostile actions

The Bahraini Ministry of Interior announced that the Cybercrime Department of the General Department of Anti-Corruption and Economic and Electronic Security was able to monitor and arrest 6 people, after they filmed and published video clips related to the effects of the sinful Iranian aggression, sympathizing with it and glorifying its hostile actions. These clips were circulated through their accounts on social media platforms, which would mislead public opinion, spread fear in the hearts of citizens and residents, and harm security and public order.
She said that the necessary legal measures were taken and those arrested were referred to the Public Prosecution.
It called on everyone to obtain information from official sources, and not to circulate or republish unreliable clips or news, to avoid legal accountability, and to preserve the security and safety of the nation.
