Saud bin Saqr receives delegations from Ras Al Khaimah National Bank and a group "Network International"
Ras Al Khaimah, 28 November / WAM / His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, received today at His Highness’s Palace in Saqr bin Mohammed City, a delegation from the National Bank of Ras Al Khaimah, headed by His Excellency Mohammed Omran Al Shamsi, Chairman of the Bank’s Board of Directors, and His Excellency Murat Kajri Sozer, CEO of Network International Group, and in the presence of a number of officials from both sides.
During the meeting, His Highness was briefed on the bank’s most prominent projects and current programs, and the efforts made to develop the banking services system and improve customer experience, in addition to the initiatives it is implementing in the areas of digital transformation, financial innovation, and empowering entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized companies.
His Highness listened to explanations about the efforts of Network International Group to support the financial sector through advanced payment solutions that contribute to enhancing the efficiency of operations and expanding the digital transformation capabilities of banking and commercial institutions, in a way that supports the growth of the economic environment and accelerates the pace of innovation in the payments sector within the UAE.
His Highness the Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah stressed that the banking sector constitutes an essential pillar in supporting the national economy and enhancing the business and investment environment, praising the great role played by the National Bank of Ras Al Khaimah as one of the most important national financial institutions that contribute to enhancing economic growth in the emirate, by building effective partnerships with the government and private sectors, and providing advanced financial solutions that are in line with best international practices.
For their part, the members of the two delegations expressed their deep appreciation to His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, for his continued support for the banking sector and his constant encouragement of development and innovation initiatives, stressing that His Highness’s directives constitute an important incentive to continue improving performance and expanding the scope of services provided to the bank’s customers in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah and throughout the country.
